Overview
The HFR External API provides read-only access to Nigeria's national Health Facility Registry. It covers hospitals & clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and imaging/radiology premises across all 36 states and the FCT.
Two API interfaces are available: the v1 REST API with a custom JSON envelope, and the FHIR R4 API for international health data interoperability. Both share the same API key authentication.
